— 4 bunches Cilantro
— 1 bunch Fresh Basil
— 4 bunches Beet Greens (Dave ONLY juices the greens of the beets & NOT the actual beets, as he’s still recovering from the diabetes. For those not dealing w/ diabetes, feel free to juice the beets!
— 6 Red Bell Peppers
— 4 Yellow Bell Peppers
— 2 heads Fennel
— 4 heads Celery
— 12 Cucumbers (unpeeled if organic; peeled if inorganic)
— 2 dozen on-the-vine Tomatoes
— 3 heads Broccoli
— 1 pound Baby Bok Choy (or 1 bunch Bok Choy)
— 1 bunch Mustard Greens (use a smaller amount if the flavor is too strong)
— 4 bunches Parsley (2 Regular, 2 Italian)
— 1 bunch Asparagus
— 1 large Fresh Aloe Leaf (inorganic ok; organic is rarely available…also, only juice the lower portion of it & always juice a bit & taste, juice a bit & taste, as it can be VERY potent)
— 1 bottle of E3Live Algae

Does apple cider vinegar help weight loss?

If it does what are the directions I should follow in taking it every day. And is it dangerous?

Arizona State researchers found that when dieters ate a high glycemic index meal accompanied by 4 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar mixed in a glass of water, there was a 54% reduction in the amount of sugar that made it into the blood (when compared to eating the meal with water only). Not only did the vinegar affect how the body processed carbohydrates, it seems to have increased satiety as well: The vinegar drinkers ended up consuming up to 275 fewer calories throughout the day. Keep that up for a month, and you’d lose over 2 pounds!

In addition to supporting weight loss, vinegar may also help lower cholesterol levels, according to animal research. If you find the idea of drinking vinegar, well, hard to swallow, then try using it in coleslaw, stir-fries, marinades, or splashed on steamed vegetables. You’ll also find vinegar in condiments like relish, mustard and ketchup, giving them an extra nutrition kick.

apple cider vinegar is great for everything. it doesnt matter when you drink it. my dad drinks about 2 tablespoons a day. not much but it works.

What exactly are the benefits of apple cider vinegar? And is it safe to drink?

I’ve been trying to recover from a cold so I’ve been drinking a cup of warm water with about 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and a few spoonfulls of honey.
It worked!
But I want to know…
Is it safe?
And does drinking ACV have other benefits?

First to qualify that it is best to use organic cider vinegar when taking it for health reasons.
Apple cider vinegar (ACV) has many health benefits to offer. It helps eliminate harmful acid crystals that build up in joints, so it reduces arthritic symptoms (stiff joints).
It reportedly helps with acid reflux, which may sound contradictory since vinegar is acidic. Truth is reflux is often a response to insufficient hydrochloric acid in the stomach. ACV aides the stomach by improving the pH to its optimal level, thus reducing reflux.
It is also helpful for many skin conditions…acne, warts, dandruff.
It is safe to consume or to use topically. Typical (oral)dose is 1-2 teaspoons ACV in 8 oz. warm water. You can sweeten with 1-2 teaspoons raw honey, 100% maple syrup or blackstrap molasses.

Unpasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar benefits verses filtered?

I am on a healthy organic kick and have heard great benefits of Vinegar. With learning that information, is unfiltered Organic even healthier?
I drink the vinegar from the bottle, is this as healthy as mixing with honey ?
Can you drink the "mother like veil"?

The vinegar contains a host of vitamins, beta-carotene, pectin and vital minerals such as potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorous, chlorine, sulphur, iron, and fluorine.

Apple cider vinegar contains malic acid which is very helpful in fighting fungal and bacterial infections. This acid dissolves uric acid deposits that form around joints, helping relieve joint pains. This dissolved uric acid is gradually eliminated from the body.

There is also a very good book on the benefits of Apple cider vinegar author…Braggs. I can’t say that I believe ALL that is in there, but much of the information is very good, so are the recipes for salad dressings.
