Apple cider vinegar + honey = natural cough remedy
I found this home remedy for cough and it worked so well that I wanted to share it with everyone.
The first night I tried it, my son threw up a bunch of phlegm after 5 minutes which helped him get cleared up. About an hour and a half later, I gave him another teaspon before going to bed and within 5 minutes he was asleep (it usually takes him at least 30 minutes to do that)! Although he had the rapid shallow breathing due to his history of asthma, he didn’t cough during this first night and was able to sleep the entire night.
He only needed 2 nebulizer treatments to control his asthma symptoms*.
On the second night his asthma symptoms were gone and really slept well – even eliminated his snoring (a chronic problem due to stuffed sinuses).
By day 3, he had an occassional cough – not as frequent, severe or lingering like his previous experiences (lasts for at least 2 weeks). He was even able to play basketball and spend a day outside. I only had to give it to him in the morning and before going to bed.
I usually give it every 3 hours until cough is gone.

*Please do not take this as a cure to his asthma symptoms. I only used this to control his cough. I have been using other approaches to control his asthma and allergies all of which I believe have currently helped him recover quickly. Should his symptoms not improve with his doctor prescribed rescue medications, we are prepared to contact his doctor/take him to the ER as with previous experiences. I am hoping that he will no longer require these rescue asthma medications in the future.

one cannot say if …
one cannot say if the medicine worked by just trying one time. One friend of mine eat two boxes of antibiotics and the cough persisted afterwords. I recommended her this wonderfol ACV remedy. She did not see much help until the second day, when the mucus was spelling out. After ten days she was back to normal. She started twice a day and when she felt better she took just once a day. For ACV and water drink, I usually use a straw so that it doesn’t get on the teeth.

yeah that is true but you also have to be careful with acv because it can ruin your teeth after a while always brush after drinking acv…..

well this actually …
well this actually works……..but you can also like get a water bottle and pour some of the apple cider vinegar…..and then during the night if you wake up u can just drink it like its ur regular water………it really helps.and u dont have to have honey in it if you dont want it

I tried this with my severe cough when I had the flu and it didn’t help much at all. Also, it tasted horrible and I followed the directions exactly. I’d never think of giving this horrible tasting concoction to a kid. It was realllly bad tasting. Sorry, at least I gave it a shot!

I think it’s important to note you should use RAW Apple Cider Vinegar (it needs to be cloudy), the clear stuff doesn’t have the same health benefits. (the bottle used in the video said unfiltered, thus it’s the right stuff)
I am going to go try this right now
Also, dumping all those drugs down the drain just messes with your local water supply.

I was in the emergency room a few days ago thanks to a bad chest cold messing with my asthma. I started taking Apple Cider Vinegar and it really works. I still have a lot of phlegm stuck in there but drinking the ACV make me feel better and I don’t have to use my inhaler as much.

Thanks. Great video. PLEASE DO NOT POUR OR FLUSH MEDICATIONS DOWN THE DRAIN. This sends the medications to our water supply. You can return any unused medication to a pharmacy for disposal.
