I had severe heart …
I had severe heart burn and acid reflux. It progressively got worse over a period of weeks until it was quite painful. I happened to get sick around the time it was at it’s worst and wasn’t even trying to cure it. I was eating a lot of junk food and sugary food. In order to help get well from being sick I went on the candida/pH diet. I was quite strict for 30 days. After 30 days the heart burn was completely gone and stayed gone even when I started eating bad food again.

Apple Cider Vinegar has Mother floating and sinking to the bottom.
This contains all the potassium.
It would not be present in Distilled Vinegar
