ya it can clean your teeth but u cant just rinse it with water you have to brush your teeth afterwards or it will just keep eating at ur teeth they say even to dilute it a lil with like 4 parts water n 1 part acv n still brush ur teeth afterward it can have such bad effects on ur teeth that there is no hope for saving them, you can look it up.

…. and she’s not dumb, just being trained by people that have been taught the wrong things for so long they just don’t know up from down. she seems sincere enough, just lead wrong.
Don’t do it. Google “Coconut oil pulling”. Oil good for bones. Vinegar, not so much. Plus oil pulling (with extra virgin coconut oil) not only whitens your teeth but it does other wonderful things for your health. Really. Check it out.

commercial mouthwash such as listerine stains your teeth.
the healthy practice of “oil pulling” whitens teeth.. google it.
i used to do that then brush with ordinary soap together with a bit of baking soda; then simply rinse with hydrogen peroxide afterward. while keeping up this routine, my teeth went white as office paper.
and theres no pain like those expensive treatments & products.

I know ACV has great health benefits, and I know people drink it too but you’re supposed to down it quickly!! Gargling with ACV will wear down the enamel on your teeth because of its acidity. How can someone recommend this?!?! I mean no offense to this dentist but I completely disagree with this, and am quite shocked that people may actually be following this on the back of the woman having credentials. Research online and make up your own minds peeps!!!

you know this makes …
you know this makes my gums slightly pale around the bottom but very white around the teeth and the front of my tongue feels very strange its like listerine accept much much more powerful. I don’t really recommend this maybe use it once every two months. and never brush your teeth after using this method because the acid is making the enamel’s layer much more softer or you’ll risk teeth sensitivity.
