Apple Cider Vinegar. Does it really promote weight loss and beauty?

Does drinking apple cider vinegar help you loss weight?
Does it also tighten your skin, improve your complexion, and help your hair and nails?

I believe it helps with appetite and joint pain but don’t know about the rest, no ones ever called me beautiful.

As far as promoting beauty, I have no idea. Apple cider vinegar doesn’t really promote weight loss though. It only suppresses your appetite.

I don’t personally know about the other things, but apple cider vinegar works great in my hair. I mix about 1-2 tablespoons in about 1.5 cups of water, and then use it as a rinse in the shower after shampooing my hair, two or three times a week. It really brings out the red highlights (I have dark brown hair), and it leaves my hair feeling smooth and silky. I have heard that you can leave that rinse in, but I usually rinse it out after letting it sit in my hair for a couple of minutes. Since I have started using this for my hair, I have completely quit using regular conditioner.

idk about the beauty but i’m on it right now and it i keeps you full(not hungry) longer so if you have an over eating problem then yea. if you want to enhance your looks aka get healthy in a pill, birth ctrl pills work well.
