As for me, though, I have been losing about 3-5 lbs. a month for (believe it or not) about 18 months.  Went from 365 down to today&#039;s weigh-in weight of 255.  Who likes slow-n-steady, though, eh?  So, this month, I switched from lots of water to lots of GREEN TEA and aso Chromium Picolinate (200 mcg/day - 1 tablet).  Hot, cold, whatever I feel like, and always with heaps of saccharin or aspartame (I have a relentless sweet-tooth but don&#039;t want to consume calories!).  Well, despite losing 100 lbs. by the end of 2006, I lost 10 lbs. this month (so far) -- which, I am afraid to say, is heaps for me. 		<description>I really don&#039;t think so, unless you use it as dressing instead of high calorie one.  Apple cider vinegar is good for a lot of things; I even gargle with it when I have a sore throat and it works great.  Maintaining weight isn&#039;t one of the things it helps though.
