Is apple cider vinegar good for weight loss and how much do i take?

And, YES. Apple Cider Vinegar helps for weight loss, among other things! It cleanses your body, boosts your metabolism, and suppresses your appetite. A lot of people who use ACV for weight loss love it, and swear by it.
I actually first heard of this trick from an interview with Megan Fox. She said that she hates dieting because she loves sweets, and hates exercising because she is lazy.. So she puts some ACV in water, and it does the trick.

OBVIOUSLY, you aren’t going to drop like, 20 pounds in a week or anything. But if you continue the same diet you have now, from what I hear, you’ll notice a change. Add in dieting and exercising.. And you should expect more weight loss.

On how much to take:
The website says 1-2 TEAspoons in water, with an optional teaspoon of honey to taste before each meal.. I’ve also heard of 1-2 TABLEspoons in water before each meal.. Or one tablespoon before a meal, and one tablespoon after.

I take it to mean: It’s your decision on how you take it. I’ve been doing a ton of research on ACV, and I’ve decided on one tablespoon before, and one after. I don’t know if it makes a difference or anything, but it seemed like a good idea.
