Is "Apple cider vinegar " helpful in weight loss? Side effects?
I want someone to give me a frist hand experince abt ACV and wt.Loss. Also a good receipe .
If you use apple cider vinegar make sure it’s organic and raw. Braggs makes a brand that is sold in the organic section of many grocery stores. It works in weight loss because it adds digestive enzymes to the body to help you digest foods. I put 2 teaspoons in a small glass of ice tea before dinner. You can take it once a day or with all 3 meals. Just remember to start out slow so your body gets used to it or you might have diarhea.

its good to clean u out I’m not sure about loosing weight but i do know that it will clean u out as far as your bowels.

Apple Cider Vinegar has no effect in weight loss. However, it’s an excellent aid to replenish glycogen stores.
Glycogen is the form of "fuel" that our muscles need to recover and grow without depending on fat or sugars.
It’s a wide belief that it helps in weight loss. However, it’s because of it’s effect on glycogen that it helps our body not to depend on fat or sugars for recovery, that the body goes leaner.
A good recipe is a simple combination of ACV, Olive oil, lime juice and pepper/salt. It’s a good dressing for salads.
