bitter gourd is …
bitter gourd is excellent for you health. you can find the capsules at whole earth (grocery store) the best to blend it/juice it.you can throw in cucumber and tomato and it will be easier to handle, raw garlic is also a good thing to have, but the bitter gourd juice is amazingly healthy.

I use Apple Cider Vinegar, and raw garlic occasionally. Both a great diuretics. I started the vinegar back in my diet, and I lost 6 pounds in a wk 1/2. I eat a pescetarian diet anyway. But, I do have a sweet tooth, and a love for salty foods. The vinegar helps me feel full, and gets rid of excess bloating and water weight. The garlic, is very occasional, but I use it for speeding up digestion and breaking down fat. Which I absolutely believe it does. I take potassium vtmns while taking vinegar.
