Been doing the O diet, want to switch to a more inclusive weight loss plan. Any suggestions?

Been doing The Blood Type O Diet . Burned out and still have weight to loose. Want to follow a non so restictive meal plan which produces weight loss. Any suggestions? Something that will not make me ballon up in pounds the minute I sniff a carb!

wow…you’re going to have to be verrrrrrrrrrrry careful here. Switching to even a low calorie diet will probably cause weight gain initially. I’d be looking at 1200 calories a day and see how your body reacts. Then, if all seems to be going well, add 100 calories a week to your diet until the balance starts to shift back to weight gain (if that doesn’t happen right away). The only thing that will really help here is exercise in order to offset the effects of introducing carbs back into your diet. Hopefully you’re already exercising 30 to 40 minutes a day on this low carb program. If not, strap on the running shoes or you’re libel to see a rapid weight gain even on a low cal plan. What would be a good weight loss meal plan and exercise plan if i wanna loose 50 lbs in 4 1/2 months?

I am looking for the easiest way to loose it. Even if it involves a pill. My husband is fit and in the military. I used to be fit but not anymore. I turn 22 in may and would like to loose it before then. I don’t have a bunch of time to exercise but I will make some time to do so. I am taking any kind of info on anything. I really want this to work. I wanna have a beach body so I can make myself happier. Thank you so much in advance. ps. I don’t wanna do anything that is going to hurt me. also I am up for recipes also. thank you again!

Walk 5 miles every day, then eat fish, chicken and some salad.

guys, i need weight loss meals plan that i can easily follow. the plan should be made out of normal everyday foods. can anybody recommend me any weight loss meals plan?

A good weight loss meals, must contain the that foods provide all the compulsory minerals, vitamins, fibre, vital fatty acids and amino acids.

These foods are divided into fruits, starches, proteins, vegetables and fats. The inclusion of these foods are a must in a healthy weight loss meals plan.

this si what my plan is for my weight loss

breakfast- high fiber breakkfast

lunch- fiber like fruit or veggies and some carbs

dinner- what ever my mom makes which is usually some type or carb protien and veggies

will this help me lose lbs? i weight 85 lbs and need to lose a good 20 pounds. thanks!

You want to be 65 pounds?? Thats the weight of a 10 year old!! You should set a more healthy goal. And I’ve never seen a overweight vegetarian anyways.

Just eat a salad for lunch along with some carrot sticks and an apple and for breakfast eat a yogurt parfait with granola and berries :-)

Snack on nuts and fruit…make sure you eat LOTS of yogurt and drink LOTS of milk…you need calcium.

i am 15, about 5 ft 7 in. and i weigh about 191.

im looking for a weight loss plan to lose the weight to get aroun 160-170. and i also would like a plan to gain lean muscle.

and if u could include a daily food list of foods that i should eat to reach my goal.

i swim, play baseball and basketball

Cut out carbs (pastas, breads, potatoes, etc.) completly!
Also cut of cake and that shit
Eat mainly meat and vegetables, fruit now and again

Do a pilates routine for 20min a day
if you dont know any pilates excersises just look on youtube
