Well it has to be the vinegar with mother in it. BRAGGS. It helps the food digest so you can get the right nutrition and not eat so much.

just google braggs vinegar to find out everything that its good for. Its only 1 tsp per meal.

Honestly, eating a well-balanced diet, limiting saturated fats in your diet, exericizing daily and throughout the day, is the best way to lose weight.

by taking two teaspoons a day

I was using it.I lost a lot of weight,but I was also on a diet plan.I still am but I dont take the vinegar as much now.But I am still losing weight.Vinegar is a fat burner.I believe it breaks up that fat instead of storing it.So if you eat a lot of pasta,bread,etc. use vinegar for that.

Weight loss and apple cider vinegar… I'm changing my diet & exercising and looking for a little "extra"…?

I have a good amount of weight to lose and I have talked to a lot of people and read a lot of information. I believe I have a good plan going but I do want to take advantage of everything that might give me an edge. I am cutting my calories (nothing too serious, I found out I was eating way too many calories for my activity level) I am planning on keeping under 1600 calories a day. I have a gym membership and am going several times a week. My dream goal would be to go daily but I live in the middle of nowhere and the place is about a 25 minute drive from here (gas!! eek!!) I am doing my best to not eat complete crap like drive thru and how I am trying to do that is planning to include more protein daily.

I have been looking at diet pills and fat burners to include but I just really don’t want to spend the money on something that I have no clue if it REALLY would be worth it. Looking online I found that some people swear by drinking a little bit of apple cider vinegar every day. I tried it yesterday and it didn’t taste bad or anything… but is it actually doing anything for me? Anyone have any experience in this? Any tips that can help me? Any motivational stories?

Oh also just in case it matters I am a young adult female and I am tracking and calculating my food online at livestrong.com and I think it helps. At least it made me see how much on any given day I was eating….

i live in the country and its about 15-20miles away from town, it sucks!!!
i dont use the gym..but then i dont have a car im 15..
i go outside and jog or ride my back or run up and down the stairs..
aha….and other stuff i find to keep active…
LiveStrong is good, i hate counting my calories though, it makes me feel deprived…..if im counting calories, i start freaking out and not eating healthy stuff like ill avoid bananana coz its too high and i dont need it blahblahbalh…..
Anyways, you’ll lose weight, dont go under 1200…1600 is great…..

Can i take the apple cider vinegar straight because i tried adding it to water and i just can’t drink it i prefer is straight from the spoon. but i heard it’s bad for your stomach lining if i take it straight i need help with this?

it is not good and will not work!!!

if you really want to lose wight and fat then you should remember and do this:

EVERYDAY RUN (WALK) + L-Carnitine + TAKE LESS CALORIES + LIPO-6 = 100% SUCCESS

1) if you dint have then buy scales!!! that is the first thing to do!!

2) run every 2 days for at least ~30 minutes or/and walk every day at least 5 km!

3) L-Carnitine!!!

allows the body to burn more fat, save more glycogen, and ultimately boost stamina and endurance. By providing more fat to the muscles, carnitine makes accessible an otherwise unavailable energy source.

FAT + OXYGEN + L-CARNITINE = ENERGY

5) you MUST change your diet!! start to use products with less fat, less carbohydrates! start count your calories! do not eat more than ~1800 per day and if you feel that you can reduce this number then do it!

because if you will use L-Carnitine – you will get calories from your body fat too!! so better is to eat 2kg fruits then 1 cheeseburger…
and drink more and more water!! REMEMBER – NO rice, NO pasta, NO pork, NO mayonnaise, NO sweets, NO candies, NO alcohol!!!!!
MORE fruits, vegetables!!!

6) also you should use some fat-burner! I had tried many of them but only one worked for me as fast as I wanted to! it was Lipo-6! I lost ~80 pounds in 3 months! No starvation!! only LESS CALORIES + Lipo-6 + L-Carnitine + EVERYDAY RUN (WALK) = SUCCESS!!!

does anyone know if apple cider vinegar helps with weight loss?

There has been no scientific evidence that the apple cider vinegar diet makes you lose weight. It is a solution of acetic acid and water, and contains trace amounts of pectin, which has recently been discovered to lower cholesterol. Scientists are still unsure of its fat burning qualities, despite many testimonies saying that it does. I say stick to exercise and portion control if you want to manage weight loss.
