<p>8am Protein Shake with 1/4 banana (Total Approximate Calories = 220)<br />
Wheat toast one piece (70 calories)</p>
<p>10am cucumber lime salad 2 cups (Total Approximate Calories = 55)<br />
Boiled egg (approx 70 calories)</p>
<p>Noon chicken curry (1 cup approx 195)<br />
with White, Medium-grain, Cooked rice (half cup Total Approximate Calories = 125)</p>
<p>2pm red apple (Total Approximate Calories = 90)<br />
Yoplait Light Yogurt (Fat Free) (calories 100)</p>
<p>4pm 1 banana 1 orange mixed with (COOL WHIP LITE 1 serving (9.0 g)<br />
(Total Approximate Calories = 200)</p>
<p>6pm potato and peas soup, Indian style (1.5 cup approx calories 215)</p>
<p>Total calories 1390</p>
<p>1 day meal plan (after half goal weight lost)</p>
