how people can loss weight with apple cider vinegar?
Sunday, April 11th, 2010I am drinking one sip 4 times a day and have lost 4 pounds so far, with no other changes in my diet. I already eat healthy, and wanted something I could do that wouldn’t put me on an all soup or all veggie diet. I also do Oxycise. Its breathing excersises that are also supposaed to help you lose weight. So I think my 4 pounds is a combination of the two. The taste is a bit strong, but I like tart things, so its not too bad. Its supposed to be great for balancing out acidity in the stomach and alot of other things. It is also supposed to reduce your appetite. I’m very happy with my results so far and plan to continue drinking apple cider vinegar. As many different weight loss plans have suggested, I also try to make my biggest meal at breakfast, with a medium lunch and a smaller sized dinner.
I found this home remedy for cough and it worked so well that I wanted to share it with everyone.
