I heard that apple cider vinegar is good for weight loss ?how much can i take and can i take it straight?

Can i take the apple cider vinegar straight because i tried adding it to water and i just can’t drink it i prefer is straight from the spoon. but i heard it’s bad for your stomach lining if i take it straight i need help with this?

no! :) )
it is not good and will not work!!!

if you really want to lose wight and fat then you should remember and do this:

EVERYDAY RUN (WALK) + L-Carnitine + TAKE LESS CALORIES + LIPO-6 = 100% SUCCESS

1) if you dint have then buy scales!!! that is the first thing to do!!

2) run every 2 days for at least ~30 minutes or/and walk every day at least 5 km!

3) L-Carnitine!!!

L-Carnitine is a nutrient that helps the body turn fat into energy. It is produced by the body in the liver and kidneys and stored in the skeletal muscles, heart, brain, and sperm. Usually, the body can make all the carnitine it needs. Some people, however, may be deficient in carnitine because their bodies cannot make enough carnitine or transport it into tissues so it can be used. Some other conditions, such as angina or intermittent claudication, can also cause insufficient carnitine in the body, as can some medications.L-Carnitine is made in the body from the amino acids lysine and methionine. It increases the use of fat as an energy source by transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are ‘burned’ to release energy for body functions. It is available in several different forms including propionyl-L-carnitine and acetyl-L-carnitine. Propionyl-L-carnitine, through its enhancement of metabolism has been proven to prevent ischemia-induced heart dysfunction, and acetyl-L-carnitine has been suggested to delay the progression of Alzheimer’s disease. L-carnitine is found naturally in avocados, breast milk, dairy products, red meats (namely lamb and beef), and tempeh (fermented soybean product).

L-carnitine should be taken one hour before you will exercise! (Also you can take L-carnitine with meals or 1 to 1-1/2 hours after meals!)

L-Carnitine boosts energy by stimulating the body’s burning of tryglycerides as fuel, and sparing the supply of glycogen stored in the liver for heavier exertion. During exercise, the body will burn fat at a rate of 75-80% of maximum exertion, thus less glycogen from carbohydrates is burned. L-carnitine
allows the body to burn more fat, save more glycogen, and ultimately boost stamina and endurance. By providing more fat to the muscles, carnitine makes accessible an otherwise unavailable energy source.

FAT + OXYGEN + L-CARNITINE = ENERGY

5) you MUST change your diet!! start to use products with less fat, less carbohydrates! start count your calories! do not eat more than ~1800 per day and if you feel that you can reduce this number then do it!

because if you will use L-Carnitine – you will get calories from your body fat too!! so better is to eat 2kg fruits then 1 cheeseburger…
and drink more and more water!! REMEMBER – NO rice, NO pasta, NO pork, NO mayonnaise, NO sweets, NO candies, NO alcohol!!!!!
MORE fruits, vegetables!!!

6) also you should use some fat-burner! I had tried many of them but only one worked for me as fast as I wanted to! it was Lipo-6! I lost ~80 pounds in 3 months! No starvation!! only LESS CALORIES + Lipo-6 + L-Carnitine + EVERYDAY RUN (WALK) = SUCCESS!!!

Going Vegan To Lose Weight?

How to lose weight healthily & happily:
1. Eat foods that are nutrient-dense. Eat a variety of healthful, whole foods.
2. Avoid nutrient deficient foods, like many processed foods. Avoid dangerous foods: meat, dairy and eggs.
3. Exercise regularly, preferably an hour a day.

Counting calories is a tried and true method for weight loss. But in order to stay healthy, those calories should come from healthy, whole foods. And in order for your heart and lungs to stay healthy and your body to look toned, you need to exercise, too.

I know this from experience and research. I recommend reading:
- The China Study
- The Thrive Diet
- Eat More, Weigh Less
- Fit or Fat

And no, I’m not perfect. I don’t exercise enough and I still eat too many processed foods. But I am a healthy weight and I haven’t got heart disease, diabetes, or cancer. I am a vegan.

Weight loss diet for a vegetarian?

I heard that there are certain diets where they tell you what you should eat and something about the chemicals in the food help you to lose weight. Does anyone know of any for vegetarians? If not could you give some advice on what foods help speed metabolism and what exercises are most effective? Thank you so much! Remember 10 points to the best answer!!!

does have an option for vegetarians, so you can get a vegetarian meal plan.
I don’t think foods can speed your metabolism – that’s a myth. Exercise can, and any kind of cardio (the kind that gets your heart pumping, like a brisk walk, running, jogging, biking, etc) can boost your metabolism though.

Is eating a small meal every 2hrs and exersising alot a good weight loss plan?

have u used it and gotten results? also what can i eat as the small meals? can i eat anything? i mean i know not sugary things but everything else? how much exercise should i do? how smalls those this meals have to be?

No, i would say make it solid three meals a day, don’t overdue it, take vitamins and supplements at your own discretion. For exercise do a lot of cardio, running is the best way to burn fat, but you have to push yourself to your limit, if you’re not in running shape, jog or power-walk, try for at least 40 mins, weight training does help, but in smaller more concentrated areas.

is this a good weight loss meal plan?

my goal: to lose 20 pounds through diet and excersise

breakfast- 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 scoops whey protein powder

lunch- 1/4 cup rice, 1/2 cup beans, veggies, 4 oz chicken breast

workout

dinner- 1 slice pita bread, 2 eggs scrambled, 1 slice cheese, 2 slice meat, organic kethup

If you begin eating 2,500 calories per day then your metabolism will adjust itself so that your body begins burning 2,500 calories per day. If you try to starve yourself by suddenly eating 1,000 calories per day then your metabolism will again ADJUST ITSELF so that your body begins to burn only 1,000 calories per day. That’s why you have failed in your past dieting attempts, that’s why you always seem to fail when you try and starve yourself.

In 2005 i was diagnosed with high blood pressure, and I’m "very overweight" (250 pounds). The doctor said I should think about losing some weight and start to exercise. I’ve had three back surgeries since 2001, I used to be a size five. But then I blew up to an astonishing size 22. I’ve tried throwing up my food but that I could never succeed at it even though Ive tried a thousand times. I’ve try marking down everything I eat, took weight loss pills and exercising to burn the extra fat. You name it, i’ve tried it.

Finally, in April 2008 my best friend introduce me a new technique of weight loss program. At first i was a bit skeptical since i’ve been ripped off a few times. But after joining the program, I’ve lost 30 pounds in the first month and currently my weight is 120 pounds. The truth is our own metabolism system play a vital part in controlling the amount of body fat burned in the process of providing energy to the body. Knowledge about our own metabolism function is the mother to all weight loss programs. With the knowledge you not only reduce your weight but able to maintain an ideal weight and living a healthy life. Best of all you can eat what you most enjoyed without gaining any weight.
