Weight loss meal and exercise plan please…?

i want to lose 20 pounds…please…and if youve lost a lot of weight tell me how.

~ Weight loss tips ~
- No diet soda/soda
- No fried food, desert, avoid sugar, junk food
- Eat skim, or fat free, or light dairy
- Avoid snacking
- Drink lots of water

~ Excercise Ideas ~
- Crunches
- Squats
- Sit up’s
- Lunges
- Weight lifting
- Long walks
- Yoga
- Join a gym
- Swim

~ Help with cravings ~
- Drink water
- Drink hot water, can help you feel more full
- If you’re wanting a chocolate bar – go for a few squares of dark chocolate instead
- Call a friend, talk, hang out

~ Meal Ideas ~
Breakfast:
1 whole grain toast with light cream cheese. Spinach omlette (2 eggs, spinach).
or
Fat free yogurt, with fresh berries, and your choice of healthy cereal on top.
Lunch:
1 whole grain bread slice, mayo, lean turkey slice, tomato.
An apple
or
1 whole grain bread slice, mayo, veggie burger.
A salad with an oild based dressing.
or
A salad with white chicken meat chunks.
An apple.
Dinner:
Grilled chicken, salad.
or
Lean turkey burger, veggies.
or
Grilled salmon, salad or veggies.
Snack:
Watermelon
or
Fat free vanilla yogurt, a few squares of dark chocolate crushed, fresh berries.
or
A fruit.

this summer while all of yall in your bikini’s and wat not i’ll be burning all this crap off. but i need some tips, i also decided to go vegetarian so any sites for vegetarians, weight loss, diets, yoga or watever you might suggest w/o the smart @ss comments would be much appreciated thanx

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast – they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner – repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
