So, I heard about …
So, I heard about how eating vegan/macrobiotic/natural/whatever can actually change your bodies pH. This may sound weird but actually cancer cells have very little resistance to an alkaline environment as apposed to an acidic on. (I used to work in a lab). So, it would follow that eating things that will raise your pH could be anti-cancer. The probablem with the whole thing is people’s motivation to stick with it. I’ll also say that you should watch out for a B12 defficiency on that diet.

That sushi looked …
That sushi looked amazing. I always wondered how it was made. Thanks for the video. I personally think this might be a cool thing to try to do on a date(of course that depends on alot of things). Maybe I was sheltered but the first time I tried sushi was on my 24th birthday(currently I love and crave it.) I could go for some right now even.
