    Love the topic!!! This is exactly the type of information I am looking for in all of the RAW websites and info I subscribe to. Thanks for acknowledging that it is hard for some/lots of us who are surrounded by a culture that eats in a very different way than we want to. I am on the SAD diet now but I hope if I keep feeding my head with this stuff that I will eventually be going in the right direction. What motivates me is to be better mentally, spiritually, emotionally – oh and physically too :)
