You are your own person and you think outside the box. Very strong, determined and focused ‘puffy skin & cellulite’. I have this but I never think before I eat food what it is going to do to me!! Avery stong motivation to just put good foods into our bodies. You look terific! I love your honesty and forthright sensible approach!

Love the topic!!! This is exactly the type of information I am looking for in all of the RAW websites and info I subscribe to. Thanks for acknowledging that it is hard for some/lots of us who are surrounded by a culture that eats in a very different way than we want to. I am on the SAD diet now but I hope if I keep feeding my head with this stuff that I will eventually be going in the right direction. What motivates me is to be better mentally, spiritually, emotionally – oh and physically too
