suggestions for cutting carbs for weight loss in a pesco-vegetarian diet?

if i’m not eating meat and i’m not eating bread (and fish only a few portions per week), what will i eat?

You can definitely try vegetables, fruits, dairy and things like beans that have lot of protein. I am not sure if you eat eggs, but if you do egg whites make good breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend a complete boycott of carbohydrates as your brain and red blood cells use carbohydrate as the primary source of energy. You can try whole wheat or whole grain products to stay full longer, to get more protein and fiber. Limit the use of fat, try to ger more proteins and some carbohydrates to keep you going.

I always thought fish was a meat and vegetarians didn’t eat them.

I’ve never heard of a pesco-vegetarian diet, but it sounds like it would be one of the healthier ones out there.
Your diet is already somewhat restricted. Maybe you should focus on increasing your exercise to lose weight instead of restricting your diet further.

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss.
