This book is very easy to read with wonderful and useful information. If you want to start thinking "green" then this book is a great start.
The book spans a wide range of topics - including beauty products, cleaning products, linens and mattresses, and home improvement. If you are going to make any large-scale eco-friendly investments (on-demand water heater, organic mattress, hybrid car, solar panels) youre going to need to do much more research than what is in this book. If youre just looking for a primer covering a lot of topics and dont mind it when it states the obvious (bring your own bags to the store, recycle your trash) or hawks products, then you might find this book useful.

i think many people …
i think many people worry about the environment but. some people are ignorant and toss cans in trash cans waste paper. NOTE:paper comes from tress when paper is wasted trees are killed and we need tress for oxygen. So i try to clean what i can in the neighborhood but 1 person can’t make a change so i ask when ever you have a opportunity to clean recycle or something eco-friendly do so and we can all make the world a better place. So spread the word to friends,neighbors, and family members.

products work by supply and demand. if the non eco friendly products sit on the shelves while the eco friendly ones sell then there is no demand for the bad ones. because there is no demand there is no reason to make more. Whats made is made but as long as it keeps selling more will keep getting made.

I don’t understand what the use of buying Eco-frindly items,they rnt gunna say “oh since this dude/chick is buyin Eco-frindly crap were gunna stop cuttin down trees” what’s the use for example you buy something that destroys the enviroment, it’s already dead leaving it on the shelves isn’t gunna change the fact it’s already dead and harmful to the enviroment
