plant trees around you. sell your car and buy a bycycle. use solar cooker to boil your rice. get some solar cells on your rooftop to heat water for your bath.plant vegetables and fruits the organic way in your garden.use herbs to wash hair and clothes. go for oatmeal as soap and milk as your moistuerizer. wear 100% cotton clothes. exercise regularly.try to remove maximum chemicals from your life and think of alternatives.the net is the best place to ask for alternatives to chemicals like shampoos and soaps and some medicines.make yourself the the most environment friendly person.

Well if you mean environment friendly just by the objects of nature, I understand Swiss is the best place to live. Great mountains, fresh air, lakes,rivers, jungles and on the top you will hve great sources of communication system which in most of the case is environment friendly. Being a welfare state you hve other benfits as well... so I will recomment you Switzerland.
